Top & Bottom line accountability for the retail vertical for Eastern region & all reporting branches.
Provide direction to teams for achieving targets- sales value/volume & receivables.
Channel Management Existing & Expansion.
Ensure coordination with all the support functions.
Managing multiple branches as independent profit centers.
Meeting sales & receivables targets of all branches of southern region.
Meeting Channel Management objectives.
Analysis of Marketing Mix / Competitor activities etc.
Providing direction and optimizing output from sales & office personnel.
Implementation of promotional activities in the region.
