Regional Franchise Head

1. Franchise Network Expansion Strategy

• Develop strategic expansion plans for new markets and regions
• Identify high potential territories using market research and data analysis
• Define territory allocation models and franchise density planning
• Ensure alignment of franchise expansion with company growth goals

2. Franchise Business Model Optimization

• Improve and refine the franchise business model based on market insights
• Evaluate investment structures, ROI models and profitability benchmarks
• Recommend changes in onboarding, training or operations to enhance franchise success
• Conduct periodic competitive benchmarking

3. Franchise Acquisition Strategy

• Build and execute strategic lead generation plans
• Define ideal franchise partner profiles and qualification criteria
• Improve franchise acquisition funnel and conversion efficiency
• Support ground teams with strategic guidance for closures

4. Franchise Performance and Profitability

• Conduct performance analysis of existing franchisees
• Identify underperforming partners and create improvement roadmaps
• Drive initiatives to increase average revenue per franchise
• Ensure franchise network profitability aligns with organizational targets

5. Partner Experience and Relationship Strategy

• Build long term relationship frameworks for franchise partners
• Create feedback systems and communication structures
• Improve partner satisfaction, retention and engagement
• Develop recognition and reward programs for high performing franchisees

6. Training and Capability Building Strategy

• Design strategic training modules for new and existing franchise partners
• Evaluate training effectiveness and update the curriculum
• Coordinate with operations and product teams for continuous learning programs

7. Brand, Marketing and Territory Visibility

• Plan and implement region wise franchise marketing strategies
• Support franchisees with branding guidelines and marketing campaigns
• Ensure uniformity of brand experience across all franchise outlets

8. Process Compliance and Quality Standards

• Develop and enforce franchise SOPs and compliance frameworks
• Conduct quarterly audits and ensure adherence to company standards
• Implement corrective action plans for non compliant franchisees

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
