Job Summary

The person is responsible for day to day overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning. This role plays a critical part in safeguarding assets, optimizing financial performance, and supporting executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

• Preparation and analysis of quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and regulatory requirements
• Oversee general ledger integrity and month-end/year-end close processes
• Design and implement robust internal control frameworks
• Ensure adherence to statutory and tax obligations (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.)
• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of findings

Operational Oversight

• Supervise Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, and Payroll functions
• Evaluate financial risks and propose mitigation strategies

Qualifications & Skills

Requirement Details

Education - CA, Mandatory

Experience - 1-3 years

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
