Department : Marketing Location : Kalyan Nagar , Corporate Office Reports To : Head of Product for Enterprise & Corporate Business Experience : 3–6 years in hospital or healthcare marketing Job Summary : We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Marketing Executive with a strong background in hospital or healthcare marketing. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, patient engagement, corporate tie-ups, and referral networks to support the growth of Ovum Hospitals across locations. Key Responsibilities : Corporate & Institutional Marketing Build and manage partnerships with corporates, insurance companies, and TPAs Initiate and organize corporate health camps , wellness sessions, and outreach programs Identify B2B opportunities for hospital services, including preventive health check packages Doctor & Referral Network Development Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and diagnostic centers Plan and execute CME programs, referral appreciation meets , and networking events Brand Awareness & Promotion Implement marketing campaigns in coordination with the digital/social media team Handle ATL/BTL activities like hospital branding, community events, kiosks, and exhibitions Ensure branding and signage consistency across hospital locations Lead Generation & Conversion Support Collaborate with the front office and CRM teams to monitor patient inquiries and follow-ups Track campaign ROI, analyze referral data, and drive footfall growth Reporting & Analysis Submit regular MIS reports , marketing performance metrics, and competitor analysis Provide inputs for strategy formulation to the management Required Skills & Qualifications : Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Hospital Administration, or Healthcare Management 3+ years of experience in hospital/healthcare industry (multi-specialty/maternity preferred) Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic data analysis Fluent in English and local language (e.g., Kannada, Hindi, Telugu) Preferred: Prior experience working with maternity or fertility hospitals Exposure to corporate wellness and community outreach models Understanding of health insurance processes and corporate wellness trend.
