Corporate Marketing Executive

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing field marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads, support sales efforts, and grow brand awareness within a specific region or territory.

You will work closely with the sales team, product marketing, and external partners to localize marketing strategies, coordinate events, and create engaging experiences that drive customer engagement and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute regional marketing campaigns and in-person events such as trade shows, product demonstrations, roadshows, and seminars.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing activities with revenue goals and sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with local partners, vendors, and stakeholders to support regional growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or B2B marketing roles.
• Proven ability to plan and execute successful regional marketing campaigns.
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel frequently for events and field activities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a B2B or SaaS environment.
• Ability to analyze marketing data and provide actionable insights.
• Create and manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure brand consistency and effective messaging across all regional marketing efforts.
• Identify local trends and opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Train and manage promotional teams or external agencies as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
