Position Description : Join us in tackling challenges that matter. As a FCM Plant Controller, you will play a key role in driving financial compliance, forecasting, and business insights to optimize costs and enhance profitability.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing the turnover range 1K cr to 2K cr P&L at country level • Working closely with CFO & respective regional controllers in the areas of RMC, inventory management, plant capacity utilization, customer claims, manufacturing new footprint assessment and proposals, cash etc. • Financial Compliance & Control: Develop, implement, and monitor financial procedures to ensure full compliance. • Financial Forecasting & Reporting: Manage budget planning, periodic forecasts, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to deadlines. • Business Analysis & Cost Optimization: Conduct deep-dive financial analyses, simulations, and variance assessments to identify revenue leakages and cost-saving opportunities. • Collaboration & Data Validation: Work closely with business units to gather, verify, and validate financial data. • Cash Flow Management: Consolidate and oversee operational cash flow, including capital expenditure, inventory, and backlogs. • Business Planning & Variance Analysis: Contribute to the business plan validation process, ensuring proper consolidation and variance analysis. • Strategic Action Planning: Partner with BU controllers to develop and track action plans that enhance financial performance, optimize cash flow, and drive productivity improvements. • Performance Monitoring: Ensure continuous tracking of financial impact and progress of implemented action plans. Job Specifications Qualification: CMA / CA with 15 18 years of experience in financial controlling with hands-on exp of managing plant environment & plant P&L, understanding of scrap, inventory, claims etc from Tier 1 organsation. • System Expertise: Proficiency in SAP FICO and a strong understanding of IT systems & industrial financial flows.
