To ensure regional expert category activations and above category initiatives to deliver overall business objectives with the help of HO expert marketing and RESM+ ZESMs in the Region.
Drive digital Acumen to drive HHP KPIs for the region-registrations and engagement metrics like No of Pages- browsed, time spent etc. Build and scale innovative partnerships with focus expert audience at scale- dentists, paeds, GP/CPs and pharmacies. Moreover, a ZESM Activation, will be responsible to support all planning and executing of regional expert marketing plans and initiatives as decided.
Key Responsibilities
The role has the following key deliverables:
Execution Excellence:
Drive regional expert category activations and above category initiatives to deliver overall business objectives with the help of HO expert marketing and RESM+ ZESMs in the Region.
Own brand wise expert Activation NFRS budget for the region, track spends and drive accountability for key regional NFRS inputs. Digital Acumen to drive HHP KPIs for the region-registrations and engagement metrics like No of Pages- browsed, time spent etc. Build and scale innovative partnerships with focus expert audience at scale- dentists, paeds, GP/CPs and pharmacies.
Deliver expert detailed portfolio topline build operating rhythm around core commercial cycle- be the custodian of expert cover guide from HO to Region and customization and allocation to ZESMs
Build operating rhythm around entire core commercial cycle deliver FC accuracy at region level within agreed limits for expert detailed brands Ensure seamless adoption of Power BI dasboards, Veeva for analytics to track ROI for expert activation spends, activity wise. Partner with SFE team for monthly/quarterly inputs reconciliation as well as partnering for new initiatives like Exceed.AI Strategic Thinking: Building our brand love with customers consumers through best-in-class visibility impactful activations across relevant environments like in-clinics, in-hospitals and pharmacies.
Stakeholder Management: Work with HO Expert marketing teams, Regional Expert and GT sales team to deliver the required objectives on growth, activations, visibility and expert KPIs like Rxbers, Rx share, BRMO
Capability Building: Work with HO expert team, training teams expert RLT to build region reps capability develop talent pipeline for better succession planning.
Minimum Level of Job-Related Experience Required
8+ years of which at least 2 years will be as a first line sales manager in consumer/pharma industry. It would be preferred if the incumbent is handling similar role.
