We’re inviting a visionary leader to join us as Regional Chief Business Officer (RCBO)– a strategic role with no fixed salary, but significant Revenue Sharing and Markup . This is a rare opportunity to shape a global product company from the ground up.

Our flagship products:

RAIYA Voice AI (Telephony & Concierge) – A conversational voice assistant that handles lead generation, qualification & customer support across industries

RAIYA IDP (Intelligent Document Processing) – Automates the reading, extraction & structuring of data from complex unstructured documents like RFPs, contracts, and compliance reports

Role: Regional CBO (Co-Founder Track)

You will:

* Drive go-to-market strategy and regional sales expansion

* Build & lead high-performance business teams

* Form enterprise alliances across all kind of call center operations

* Work closely with Product, Tech & Founders to optimize revenue and growth strategy

* Be part of core leadership defining the next phase of Speedtech.ai’s journey

Who You Are:

* 10+ years in tech, SaaS, enterprise sales, or startup leadership

* Proven record of scaling revenue and leading growth teams

* Industry connections across B2B verticals

* Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable with no fixed salary, and excited by ownership, Revenue sharing, and IPO upside
