Regional Chief Business Officer - Co-Builder

As a visionary leader, you have the exciting opportunity to join Speedtech.ai as the Regional Chief Business Officer (RCBO), a strategic Co-Builder role that offers Equity + Profit Sharing and the potential to become a Strategic Investor. Speedtech.ai is an 11-year-old tech company based in India that is pioneering Generative AI. Our flagship products, RAIYA Voice AI and RAIYA IDP, are gaining strong traction in the USA, Canada, UAE, and India. With a clear vision, we are targeting 100 Cr revenue in 3 years, expanding to 100 countries, and planning an IPO within 5 years. As the RCBO, your responsibilities will include driving go-to-market and revenue strategies in your region, building and leading high-performance sales and business teams, forging alliances across various sectors, and collaborating with other departments to align GTM with product growth. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to funding and strategic partnerships, with the option to invest. To excel in this role, you should have 10+ years of experience in SaaS, tech, or startup leadership roles, strong enterprise/B2B networks, a proven track record in revenue growth and team building, and an entrepreneurial mindset. You should be willing to invest and have a strategic advantage in the long term.
