Role & responsibilities

1 .DEVELOP SALES STRATEGIES TO ACHIEVE A REVENUE TARGETS THROUGH EFFECTIVE PLANNING , EXECUTION AND MONITORING.

2. LEAD A TEAM OF SALES PROFESSIONALS TO DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH BY IDENTIFYING NEW OPPORTUNITIES , BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS AND CLOSING DEALS.

3. ANALYZE SALES DATA TO IDENTIFY TRENDS , TRACK PERFORMANCE METRICS AND ADJUST STRATEGIES ACCORDINGLY.

4. TO ACHIEVE REGIONAL TARGET WITH THE GIVEN RESOURCES .

5. MAINTAIN THE REGION OUTSTANDING AS PER THE COMPANY NORMS.

Preferred candidate profile

1. 5 to 10 years of experience in Sales Management or related field.

2. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

3. Strong understanding of Sales Strategy , Sales Management , Sales Planning , Sales Forecasting and Strategic Sales Planning principles.
