Position: Regional Business Manager Location: Madurai (Rest of Chennai) Work Experience Experience in Pharmaceuticals : Generally 5-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on sales or marketing. Equal number of people handling Experience or aspiring ABM with good conversion records preferred Previous Managerial Experience : Demonstrated experience in managing teams and driving sales in a regional capacity. Experience in the mentioned Geographical locations. Skills Leadership : Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team. Strategic Thinking : Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to regional markets.
