Regional Business Manager

Work Location: Chennai and Madurai

Two years of consistency in the present or the previous company is required.

Senior ABM candidate can also apply for this role.

Work Experience

• Experience in Pharmaceuticals

  : Generally 5-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on sales or marketing.

• Equal number of people handling Experience

   or aspiring ABM with good conversion records preferred

• Previous Managerial Experience

  : Demonstrated experience in managing teams and driving sales in a regional capacity.

• Leadership

  : Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team.

• Strategic Thinking

  : Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to regional markets.

• Communication

  : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  : Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.

  : Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges in the region.
