Qualifications Required: - 5-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on sales or marketing. - Equal number of people handling experience or aspiring ABM with good conversion records preferred. - Demonstrated experience in managing teams and driving sales in a regional capacity. - Experience in the mentioned geographical locations. - Strong leadership skills to effectively lead and motivate a sales team. - Ability to think strategically and develop effective sales strategies. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships. - Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends. - Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges in the region.
