Job Description

Summary

Managers of a regional or local sub function of sales e. g. Territory Sales etc. , usually managing a small team as First Level Line Manager. Responsible for driving the sales operations plan and for achieving agreed sales and broader performance targets for their part of the organization/specific product area. Develop an effective sales team through training and coaching or management of key commercial programs.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales performance and achieve targets through strategic planning and execution.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Medical Representatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and healthcare stakeholders.
Manage area budgets and optimize resource allocation for maximum impact.
Ensure compliance with company policies and timely reporting of all activities.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
Champion customer satisfaction and support successful product launches.

Essential Requirements

Proven experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales with a strong track record of performance.
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer engagement strategies.
Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
Commitment to ethical practices and compliance with industry regulations.

Desirable Requirements

Experience in the cardiovascular therapeutic area is a strong advantage.
