Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Administrator located in the Kutch district. The Regional Administrator will oversee daily operations in the assigned region, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include managing branch performance, coordinating with local teams, monitoring financial activities, and driving initiatives to achieve business goals. The role also involves maintaining relationships with clients, conducting audits, and reporting to senior management.

• Experience in microfinance, banking, or financial services
• Proficiency in using technology and software solutions
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Experience in gender empowerment initiatives is a plus
