Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Patna for a Reasonal Manager at Satin Creditcare Network Limited. The Reasonal Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role will involve working closely with various teams to drive financial inclusion and empower the under-served community.

Qualifications

• Financial management, Business development, and Client relationship management skills
• Experience in microfinance or relevant financial services sector
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Relevant certifications in financial services industry
