As a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) at Market Creators Ltd, your primary responsibility will be to serve as the main point of contact for our investors, ensuring a smooth and engaging customer experience. Your role involves understanding client needs, providing investment-related guidance, and fostering long-term relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. You will act as the first point of contact for clients, understanding their investment goals and guiding them accordingly. Building and maintaining strong relationships with investors through regular communication and personalized service will be key to your success. Additionally, you will assist clients in understanding investment options such as equities, mutual funds, bonds, and IPOs, providing updates on market trends, portfolio performance, and investment opportunities. Ensuring seamless onboarding of new clients, addressing client queries and concerns promptly, and identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities will be part of your daily responsibilities. Collaborating closely with the sales and advisory teams to drive client engagement and business growth is essential for success in this role. Utilizing MS Office and other financial tools to maintain accurate client records and reports, as well as leveraging CRM software to track customer interactions, are integral to ensuring smooth service delivery. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-centric mindset, basic understanding of financial products and investment markets, proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, as well as the ability to multitask and manage client portfolios effectively are key skills and competencies required for this role.
