CarDekho Group is hiring for a high performing B2B Key Account Manager to drive sales with top-tier automotive OEMs across South India. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is extremely proactive, can flawlessly multitask, build & maintain deep customer relationships, and consistently deliver results. This role will own the relationships with the largest car manufacturers in the region and act as the strategic link between their needs & our solutions..

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage key OEM accounts

    across Karnataka, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu, ensuring strategic alignment and growth.
  • Consistently

    achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

    .
  • Be the

    single point of contact

    for key decision-makers at large car manufacturers from Marketing Managers to Regional and Zonal Managers.
  • Deliver

    rockstar-level sales presentations, proposals, and demos

    , influencing high-stake decisions.
  • Build and nurture

    long-term relationships

    that go beyond sales become a true

    trusted advisor from Car Dekho

  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities

    and translate customer pain points into tailored solutions - This is what is missing right now.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams (Marketing, Service Delivery, Retail Sales and Customer Care) to ensure

    excellent execution and post-sales service

    . Currently there is a big gap in all of this.
  • Maintain a

    customer-first approach

    in all actions, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Exhibit an

    entrepreneurial mindset

    , thinking creatively and "outside the box" to open new opportunities.
  • Provide timely

    market insights, competitor intelligence

    , and forecasts to leadership.
  • Travel regularly across the three states to stay close to customers & markets.

Desired experience and Skillset:

  • 5–10 years of experience

    in B2B sales, preferably managing key accounts in the

    Automotive or Digital Space.

  • Proven ability to

    handle large strategic accounts

    and

    sell complex solutions to senior stakeholders

    .
  • Fluent in English and at least one South Indian language. (Kannada, Tamil, or Malayalam). Multiple is a big Plus.
  • Demonstrated

    track record of exceeding targets month-on-month

    .
  • Strong in

    solution-based selling

    , customer negotiation, and closing complex deals.
  • Ability to

    multitask and manage competing priorities

    without compromising on quality.
  • Self-starter

    with high energy, discipline, and drive to work independently across a large geography.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) and MS Office and Excel.
  • Willingnessto travel extensively across the three states.
  • Travelling involved: Ideally 4-5 days in each city each month.
