Refrigeration Supervisor

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Silver Storm Amusement Park is looking for a skilled Refrigeration Supervisor with at least five years of experience to lead our refrigeration team and ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of our systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in refrigeration technology, strong leadership capabilities, and a commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

- *Team Management:* Supervise and guide a team of refrigeration technicians and support staff.

Provide training, performance evaluations, and ongoing mentorship.

- *Maintenance Oversight:* Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for refrigeration systems to enhance system reliability and performance.

_ *System Monitoring:* Oversee the operation of refrigeration systems, including installation, repairs, and upgrades. Address and resolve complex technical issues effectively.

- *Regulatory Compliance:* Ensure all refrigeration activities adhere to local, state, and national regulations, including safety standards and environmental guidelines.

- *Inventory Control:* Manage the inventory of refrigeration parts and supplies, ensuring timely procurement and availability of necessary materials.

-*Record Keeping:* Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance. Prepare and submit regular reports as required.

- *Safety Promotion:* Foster a culture of safety by enforcing protocols, conducting safety training, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations.

- *Project Coordination:* Plan and execute projects related to system upgrades, new installations, and other refrigeration-related tasks.

- *Customer Interaction:* Liaise with clients or internal stakeholders to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with refrigeration services.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
