Job Description: The Trainee Recruiter is an entry-level position designed to provide exposure to all aspects of the recruitment process. This role will assist the recruitment team with sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidate interviews, as well as supporting administrative tasks related to recruitment activities. The Trainee Recruiter will gain valuable experience in talent acquisition while contributing to the successful execution of recruitment strategies. Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates for various roles within the company. Support the recruitment team by scheduling interviews and managing candidate communication. Help maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports. Learn recruitment best practices and assist in executing recruitment strategies. Provide administrative support for all recruitment-related activities. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or currently pursuing). Strong organizational and communication skills. Willingness to learn and develop skills in recruitment and talent acquisition. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
