Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and requirements
Manage and lead a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support
Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding
Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source and attract candidates
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and qualifications
Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs

Qualifications

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as a Lead Recruiter or in a similar senior recruiting role. Must have team handling experience.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage and mentor a team of recruiters
Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Client handling experience
