Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Lead Recruiter to join our organization and lead our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and guiding a team of recruiters in a fast-paced and competitive environment. The Team Lead Recruiter will play a crucial role in shaping the talent acquisition strategy, driving recruitment initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality candidates to meet the company's staffing needs.
Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership:

    • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
    • Provide guidance, support, and ongoing training to enhance the team's skills and capabilities.
    • Set clear performance expectations and objectives, and regularly assess and review team members' progress.
  • Strategic Planning:

    • Collaborate with the HR and leadership teams to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
    • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve in attracting top talent.
    • Contribute to the development and refinement of recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Recruitment Operations:

    • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from job requisition to candidate onboarding.
    • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
    • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
    • Act as a strategic partner to business units, providing insights and recommendations on talent acquisition.
  • Performance Metrics:

    • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of recruitment efforts.
    • Regularly analyse recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a senior recruiter or team lead in a high-volume recruitment environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
