Job Description

Role Overview: As the Recruitment Team Lead at our company located in Malaparamba, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, leading the recruitment team, and ensuring the timely and high-quality acquisition of talent. Your role will involve driving recruitment strategies, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, and guaranteeing a positive candidate experience while meeting the organization's manpower needs. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and supervise the recruitment team to ensure efficient performance. - Allocate job requisitions and monitor workload and performance effectively. - Conduct regular team reviews, provide coaching, and deliver necessary training. - Set targets and ensure the timely closure of open positions. - Understand manpower plans to develop appropriate hiring strategies. - Create sourcing plans for critical, bulk, and niche roles within the organization. - Maintain and track recruitment metrics such as TAT, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-join ratio. - Build and sustain talent pipelines for recurring positions. - Oversee the entire hiring process including sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, and selection. - Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and gather interview feedback. - Ensure proper documentation, salary fitment, negotiation, and successful offer rollout. - Track onboarding and joining status of selected candidates. - Collaborate with department heads and leadership to address hiring needs effectively. - Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job portals, and campus partners. - Negotiate terms and oversee the performance of external vendors. - Standardize recruitment processes and ensure adherence to policies. - Implement best practices, tools, and technology to enhance recruitment efficiency. - Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports for reference. - Ensure compliance with organizational and legal hiring standards. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred. - Proven experience of at least 5 years in recruitment and team leadership roles. - Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and best practices. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
