Role Overview

Recruitment & Talent Outreach Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and engage IT candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical roles, from sourcing to placement
• Understand IT job descriptions and technical requirements to accurately assess candidate fit
• Proactively reach out to HR leaders, hiring managers, and executives to introduce FutureSoft’s services
• Build and maintain pipelines of both IT talent and client contacts
• Track recruitment metrics and outreach activities to measure success
• Collaborate with FutureSoft leadership to develop client acquisition and staffing strategies

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in 

  IT or technical roles

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter

   and other sourcing platforms
• Strong understanding of common IT roles (e.g., developers, engineers, analysts, project managers), and general technical skills

• Fluency in English (spoken and written)

   is required
• Excellent communication and networking skills with both candidates and HR professionals
• Self-driven, organized, and able to balance recruitment with outreach/business development tasks
• Comfortable working 

  remotely and independently
