IT Support Associate (Entry-Level)

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Provide first-line support to end-users with setup, access, and system usage questions.
• Document and track support requests in ticketing systems.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training to develop expertise in IT support, enterprise tools, and cloud systems.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent training/experience).
• Strong interest in technology and problem-solving.
• Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and Microsoft Office/365.
