Recruitment Support Associate

This is a process-driven role suited for someone who enjoys structure, consistency, and contributing to the smooth functioning of HR and recruitment operations.

What You’ll Do

You will assist the People & Culture team in Australia by supporting recruitment operations and ensuring that hiring workflows are maintained efficiently.

  • Sort and organize incoming applications for multiple roles across departments.

  • Maintain accurate records in recruitment systems and update candidate information regularly.

  • Follow defined processes and checklists provided by the People & Culture team.

  • Keep an eye out on updates regarding new roles that are added to the system.

  • Track and monitor the progress of applications across all open positions.

  • Coordinate with the Australia-based People & Culture team to stay informed about updates and priorities.

  • Support other administrative or data-related tasks as directed by the team.

Requirements

Must-Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Business Administration, HR, or related field)

  • 1–2 years of experience in admin-related work, support roles, or similar functions preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes accurately

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organization and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks efficiently

Nice-to-Haves

  • Prior experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, or administrative support

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or recruitment tools

  • Experience working in remote or cross-country teams

  • A process-driven mindset with a proactive and disciplined work style
