As a Recruitment Coordinator at our esteemed organization, your key responsibilities will include: Sourcing potential candidates from various channels such as job portals, referrals, and career websites to ensure a diverse pool of talent for our recruitment needs. Collaborating with the concerned departments to gain a thorough understanding of the requirements for each position, thereby enabling you to effectively identify suitable candidates. Coordinating and scheduling interviews with line managers and hiring personnel to facilitate a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Remaining adaptive and proactive in exploring new recruitment tools and methods to enhance our recruitment strategies and stay ahead in the competitive talent acquisition landscape. Maintaining meticulous records of all candidates at different stages of the recruitment process, including those in progress, on hold, rejected, and selected, to ensure a well-organized and transparent recruitment workflow.
