Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Recruitment Specialist. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the hiring process, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. They will also assist in developing recruitment strategies and training new recruits. Duties include posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting phone and video interviews, and tracking recruitment metrics.

Qualifications

Experience in Recruiting and Hiring
Strong Interviewing skills
Excellent Communication skills
Experience in Training new recruits
Ability to work independently and remotely
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in the education industry is a plus
