Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates for successful placements.
Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.
Manage job postings and advertisements on various platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless recruitment processes.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in recruitment, focusing on customer service and sales.
Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience with recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems.
