Job Description THE ROLE At Hunger Inc., we believe great teams build great brands. We’re looking for a Recruitment Specialist - Contract who can own and drive hiring across our six Mumbai-based brands. This isn’t just about filling roles—it’s about finding the right people who bring our vision to life. From sourcing candidates to managing the entire hiring process, you’ll make sure every person who walks through our doors is the right fit. If you’re someone who thrives on structure, keeps things organized, and knows how to get things done, this role is for you. This is a 9-month contract role based out of our head office in Lalbaug, with some travel to our brand locations as needed. This role also has the potential to become a full time opportunity based on your performance. You’ll report to the Head of People & Strategy and work closely with hiring managers across all departments. And none of it happens without the right people. That’s where you come in. Who You Are You’re highly organized, proactive, and know how to run an efficient hiring process. You’re great at sourcing, screening, and managing candidates from application to offer. You communicate clearly and can work with multiple stakeholders across different brands. You’re comfortable with ATS platforms, job portals, and recruitment tools. You understand that recruitment isn’t just about resumes—it’s about finding the right culture fit. What You’ll Do Own the hiring process—from sourcing to onboarding, making sure every candidate has a smooth experience. Manage applications via our ATS and source candidates through job portals as needed. Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create hiring plans. Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for roles across our brands. Conduct reference and background checks to ensure we hire the best. Draft, negotiate, and send offer letters to selected candidates. Maintain and update job descriptions for all roles within the organization. Streamline recruitment processes to make hiring faster and more efficient. What You’ll Get A chance to shape our teams across multiple brands.
