Recruitment Specialist (on contract)

We are looking for a passionate Recruitment Specialist, who will manage recruitment processes covering different levels within the organization, securing great talent for Tetra Pak - both internal and external hires. 

You will be accountable for hiring manager satisfaction (communication, ease of process, effectiveness, candidate fit, speed), candidate relationship and satisfaction, and overall hiring quality. You will be working in the APAC Resourcing team and will work in close collaboration with line managers across APAC time zone, and global HR colleagues.

You will be based in Chakan, Pune India.

The successful candidate will be hired through a 3rd party employment.

What you will do:

• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes independently across countries within the APAC time zone, ensuring a seamless and inclusive experience for all candidates.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define effective recruitment strategies, leveraging diverse sourcing channels to attract top talent.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders, hiring managers, and candidates, fostering trust and transparency throughout the hiring journey.
• Act as a trusted Talent Advisor by sharing market insights and best practices, helping hiring managers make informed and equitable decisions.
• Ensure timely and accurate administration of recruitment activities in our Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors), maintaining data integrity and compliance.
• Consistently meet key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate and hiring manager satisfaction, and system updates.
• Contribute to team success by participating in ad hoc projects that drive innovation and continuous improvement in our recruitment practices.

Who you are:

• Hold a full time bachelors or university degree, with MBA preferred.
• Bring proven experience in corporate recruitment preferably in manufacturing / engineering environment, with a passion for delivering results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently while staying connected and collaborative with a global team.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, with empathy and clarity.
• Excel in managing multiple priorities, showing strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in English and/or other relevant languages to support regional hiring needs.
• Drive independently and be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes in countries across APAC time zone
