Roles and Responsibilities

  • Facilitate end-to-end hiring processes, including organizing interviews and conducting reference checks for shortlisted candidates.
  • Manage attendance records and provide payroll inputs for accurate salary processing.
  • Maintain and organize HR and administrative documents, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Update and maintain employee records and HR MIS.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless administrative operations.
  • Prepare regular reports on office expenses, budgets, and other operational metrics.
  • Assist in audit management by preparing and organizing relevant documentation.
  • Handle vendor management and oversee timely payments.
  • Act as a liaison between departments to support smooth organizational functioning.

Qualifications

  • Educational

    : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management.
  • Experience

    : 3-5 years of experience in HR and Administration.
  • Technical Skills

    : Proficient in

    MS Office

    (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Soft Skills

    :
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
