Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist, located in Delhi, India. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees. The role will also involve developing and implementing recruiting strategies, training new hires, and ensuring effective communication throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications Skills in Hiring and Recruiting Experience in Interviewing and Training Excellent Communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with team members Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
