Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process which includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Additional duties will include developing training programs, onboarding new employees, and maintaining candidate databases.
