Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment lifecycle for various roles across departments.
  • Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate fitment.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) / recruitment database.
  • Support in drafting job postings and advertisements.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to the HR team.
  • Assist in onboarding activities when required.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
