About the Opportunity

We are a UAE-based manpower supply and recruitment group expanding operations into South India with a new Pvt Ltd company headquartered in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead operations full-time — and will also be offered 30% partnership in the Indian company (no investment required).

All setup costs will be fully funded by our UAE head office — your focus will be to build, manage, and grow the business locally.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment operations for Gulf clients (India and Nepal sourcing)

Oversee office setup, staff recruitment, and client coordination

Handle trade tests, documentation, and government compliance

Work towards monthly recruitment targets with full UAE support

Candidate Profile

Minimum 3 years’ experience in overseas recruitment or manpower consultancy

Strong leadership and communication skills

Based in or willing to relocate to Madurai

Fluency in Tamil, Hindi, and English

Knowledge of Gulf visa processing and client handling is a plus
