Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospects and follow up regularly.
• Explain cybersecurity course details and admission process to potential students.
• Maintain records of leads, calls, and follow-ups in CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets.
• Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or academic counselling preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Target-oriented mindset with a passion for education and career counselling.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
