Recruitment Manager

As a Delivery Recruitment Manager specializing in Contract Staffing within the IT industry, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing recruitment strategies with your team to achieve monthly targets and improve service delivery. Your role involves ensuring team members adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to meet individual Key Result Areas (KRAs) and drive overall team productivity and efficiency. You will be in charge of the full-cycle recruiting process, leading technical discussions with Hiring Panels, and offering innovative recruitment solutions. Your strong process orientation will be crucial in ensuring 100% tool usage by the team and maximizing the average Gross Margin generated per closure. Collaboration with the Business Development team is essential to understand client job profiles thoroughly and develop recruitment strategies within agreed deadlines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Managing a dynamic team to meet clients" hiring needs, preparing MIS reports, and effectively handling resource management for both Contract Hiring and Lateral positions are key aspects of your role. Your ability to prioritize client requirements and deliver within minimal turnaround time will be highly valued. Building and nurturing strong client relationships through regular communication and service reviews to guarantee high-quality service at all times is paramount. The ideal candidate for this position should possess 10 to 15 years of experience in the IT staffing industry, with a Graduation qualification. The locations for this role are Hyderabad and Gurgaon, and prior delivery experience in IT staffing is a prerequisite.,
