Recruitment Manager

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy

  • Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for India and international regions (e.g., North America, EMEA, APAC).
  • Collaborate with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and create talent pipelines.
  • Implement sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, agencies, etc.).

2. Team Leadership & Vendor Management

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters; provide performance feedback and training.
  • Manage external recruitment partners, agencies, and RPOs in different countries.
  • Ensure high-quality candidate experience across all geographies.

3. Operational Excellence

  • Drive the full-cycle recruitment process, from JD development to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Optimize and automate recruitment workflows using ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
  • Maintain and analyze key hiring metrics to improve process efficiency (TAT, CPH, sourcing ratios, etc.).

4. Compliance & Diversity

  • Ensure hiring practices comply with labor laws and regulations in each country.
  • Promote and support DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) initiatives in global recruitment.

5. Employer Branding

  • Collaborate with Marketing and HR to enhance employer branding in local and global markets.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, webinars, and industry conferences.

Skills & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7–12 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3–5 years in international hiring.
  • Proven success in hiring across functions: tech, sales, operations, corporate roles, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian and global hiring laws, visa processes, and talent trends.
  • Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms; proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite.
