Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Assist in end-to-end IT recruitment processes, including job postings on job boards and social media
  • Source candidates through various channels like LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
  • Screen and shortlist resumes of IT candidates based on job requirements
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and IT teams to understand staffing needs and

Requirements

  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments of IT candidates
  • Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Assist in maintaining and updating candidate databases and recruitment records
  • Support HR operations and other HR activities as required
  • A dynamic and supportive work environment with a focus on learning and development
  • Hands-on training in IT recruitment processes and best practices
  • Opportunities for growth and professional development in HR and recruitment
  • Stipend of ₹6,000 per month during the trainee period
  • Potential for permanent employment based on performance
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Freshers are welcome; prior internship or basic understanding of IT/ITes will be an added advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English; proficiency in Tamil is a plus but not mandatory
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office tools
  • Eager to learn and grow in the HR and IT recruitment field
  • Understanding of IT job roles and technologies is desirable but not mandatory
