About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to support the recruitment lifecycle from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide
end-to-end recruitment support
for non-IT positions.
Communicate effectively with candidates via
phone, email, and other channels
.
Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements and job specifications.
Schedule
interviews, follow-ups
, and assist in managing the selection process.
Maintain and update
candidate databases and recruitment reports
accurately.
Ensure a
positive candidate experience
throughout the hiring journey.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
in English.
0–1 year of experience in
staffing/recruitment
or
international customer service
(preferred).
Ability to
work onsite
from our Madhapur, Hyderabad office.
Must have
self-transportation
to commute to work.
Comfortable working in
night shift
aligned with U.S. Eastern Time (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST).
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
with a willingness to learn and grow.
