Recruitment Executive

As a Recruitment Executive in our company based in Chennai, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process. With 0-1 years of experience, we are looking for candidates with a strong educational background and excellent communication skills. Your responsibilities will include sourcing profiles from job portals, speaking to candidates, selecting the right fit for the job, and following up with candidates until closure. You will be required to schedule interviews, interact with clients, and contribute to the company's growth. We are seeking individuals with a positive attitude, business development skills, and preferably an MBA in HR background. The ability to work in shifts, including the general shift or 11 am to 8 pm, is essential. Immediate joiners are preferred for this role. As a Recruitment Executive, you should be a creative thinker and problem solver, capable of multitasking effectively. Good oral and written communication skills are a must, and proficiency in Hindi language is preferable. You will also be responsible for ensuring that candidates carry updated CVs and ID proof copies for the recruitment process.
