About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Recruitment Executive to join our team in Mira Road. In this full-cycle recruitment role, you'll work closely with hiring managers to identify talent, manage the end-to-end hiring process, and deliver a seamless candidate experience. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete recruitment process: understanding job requirements, sourcing candidates, conducting screenings, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.Source potential candidates using job portals (e.g., Naukri), LinkedIn, referrals, and other professional networks.Conduct initial phone or virtual screenings to assess candidate suitability, salary expectations, and notice period.Coordinate interviews and follow up with both candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely feedback.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in Excel.Build and maintain a strong pipeline for recurring or future hiring needs. Required QualificationsProficient in MS Excel for tracking and managing candidate data.Hands-on experience in recruitment processes (consultancy experience is a plus).Ability to handle full-cycle hiring across multiple roles and departments.Strong communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple openings simultaneously.If interested kindly call Steffina 7304899500
