Job Summary

Recruitment Executive for leading Gems & Jewellery brand

Key Responsibilities :

1. Talent Sourcing & Screening :

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  
• Screen resumes, shortlist profiles, and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
  
• Evaluate candidate fit based on job requirements and organizational culture.
  

2. End-to-End Recruitment :

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.
  
• Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles.
  

3. Coordination & Communication :

• Regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the interview process.
  
• Maintain timely communication with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  
• Handle interview feedback and closure of positions within defined timelines.
  

4. Database & Reporting :

• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.
  
• Provide weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
  
• Ensure accuracy of candidate records and documentation.
  

Skills & Requirements :

• Minimum 3

  + years of experience

  in end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  

Preferred Background :

• Experience in recruitment for

  corporate, technical, or mid-senior level roles
