Associate Creative Director

1. Creative oversight own pitch decks, mood boards and key visuals for every brief; give clear reference comps before production begins.2. Work planning assign tasks and maintain a 3090-day capacity chart so designers know whats coming and account teams can promise realistic dates.3. Team leadership mentor, review files daily, run weekly 1-on-1s and quarterly performance assessments; coach toward stronger craft and faster delivery.4. Client alignment join kick-off calls, gather preferences, present design drafts, and adjust based on feedback keeping projects on brief and on time.5. CS collaboration sit with the Customer Service / account leads to translate client asks into design specs and resolve design-related queries quickly.6. Creative briefs & specs write or refine briefs that spell out objectives, audience, deliverables, tech specs and timelines for the team and vendors.7. Quality control ensure every output (UI screens, packaging dielines, print files, event graphics) meets brand guidelines, accessibility, and pre-press/dev standards.8. Vendor & cross-team coordination liaise with video, copy, event, dev and print/fabrication partners to hit spec, budget and schedule.9. Communication & culture foster a positive studio environment, share inspiration, and keep stakeholders updated on progress or roadblocks.Must-have skills * Leadership 7-10 yrs design experience, including 2+ yrs managing designers.* Multidisciplinary portfolio solid work across UI/UX, branding, packaging and large-format print/event graphics.* Software mastery Figma & Adobe CC; comfortable with prototyping and press-ready artwork.* Resource management proven use of ClickUp/Asana/Jira/Teams to juggle parallel projects.* People & client skills pleasant, persuasive communicator who can brief clearly, give constructive feedback, and build strong client rapport.* Organizational chops able to priorities, keep cool under shifting deadlines, and guide a team through ambiguity.
