Job Profile: Recruitment Development Manager

Age Criteria: 24 to 40

CTC: Upto 4 LPA + Incentives

Qualification: Graduation is Mandatory

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in Field Sales (Any Industry such as FMCG, Telecom, Retail, Financial Services, Insurance, etc.)

Location: Nagpur, Ahmedabad, Jamnagar, Junagadh, Himmatnagar & Bhilai

(Own vehicle required)

(The candidate should have stayed in the location for more than 5 years)

• Proficiency in the Local language

• Sales & Business Development

• Recruitment & Training

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment of Agents

  : Identify and recruit potential insurance advisors from various sources such as personal contacts, job portals, and field networking.

• Training & Development:

  Provide initial and ongoing training to advisors on products, sales techniques, and compliance standards

  .

• Target Achievement:

  Ensure sales targets are met through effective team management and individual contributions from recruited agents.

• Field Engagement:

  Regularly accompany agents in the field to support their client acquisition efforts and provide guidance.

• Performance Monitoring:

  Track advisor performance and provide constructive feedback and motivation to enhance productivity.

• Relationship Management:

  Build and maintain strong relationships with agents to ensure long-term engagement and loyalty.
