Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Recruitment Coordinator to support our end-to-end hiring process. This role will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and guidance throughout the recruitment process.

• Draft and post job descriptions across various platforms and manage responses.

• Maintain and update candidate records and ensure accuracy of recruitment data.

• Support recruiters with candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting when required.

• Prepare and present recruitment-related reports and dashboards for management review.

• Ensure adherence to organizational hiring policies and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.

• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or a similar role.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ATS/recruitment tools is an plus.
