• Demonstrated ability to hire across diverse industries and job functions.
• Expertise in sourcing beyond conventional job portals, including headhunting, networking, and direct outreach.
• A highly motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and deliver under deadlines.
• A passion for finding and placing the right people in the right roles.
