Achieve minimum 25 successful hirings per month. Manage candidate sourcing, screening, and selection process. Provide onboarding, joining, and working support to candidates. Maintain candidate database and daily recruitment reports. Coordinate with internal teams and ensure smooth hiring operations. Support candidates with necessary documentation and training requirements. RequirementsAge: 18 to 30 years only Strong communication & convincing skills. Willingness to work in-office. Ability to handle recruitment targets and pressure. Fresher or 0–2 years’ experience in recruitment/hiring preferred. What We Offer Fixed salary of ₹11,000 – ₹14,000 (based on experience).
