Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Requirements: We are seeking a skilled Domestic IT Recruiter to join our team and assist in sourcing and hiring top-tier IT professionals in local or national market. This role demands a strong understanding of the local talent pool, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate the intricacies of domestic recruitment. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to comprehend technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to the domestic market. Utilize various sourcing techniques to attract IT talent, including job boards, social media, referrals, and local networking events. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for IT positions within the local or national scope. Conduct comprehensive interviews (both technical and behavioral) to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and alignment with company culture. Coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams and manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding. Maintain a detailed candidate database and regularly update recruitment metrics for reporting purposes. Stay updated on local/national IT industry trends, salary ranges, and recruitment best practices. Foster positive candidate experiences, ensuring a smooth and engaging recruitment process for all applicants.
